Ingredients:
Blueberries-1 cup
Maida/All purpose flour-1 1/4th cup
Sugar-3 tsp
Baking powder-1 tsp
Baking soda-1/2 tsp
Salt-1/8th tsp
Egg-1
Milk-3/4 to 1 cup
Butter2 tsp(1 to batter and 1 more to fry)
Method:
Dry Mix

Take a wide bowl and add the maida,baking powder,baking soda,salt sugar one by one.
Whisk it well and keep it aside.
Wet Mix:
-----------
Take a bowl and add the egg and milk.Whisk it well.
Now combine wet and dry mixes without any lumps.Mix it well.
Apply butter in each impression and pour the spoon full of batter .
Within a minutes one side of the pop gets cooked.
Now gently lift the other side with the spoon and make it cook the other side.
Kids will love it.. looks so nice
