Blueberry Pancake Pops

Hai friends today i am coming with yummy recipe called "Blueberry Pancake Pops.This is very easy recipe.This goes nice in anytime.Children love it most.This we can serve with maple syrup,honey or chocolate syrup.Anything goes nice with the three of them.I tried everything it tastes good.We can prepare the pancakes or pops.This we can prepare with egg or eggless.Ok lets go to the recipe


Ingredients:

Blueberries-1 cup
Maida/All purpose flour-1 1/4th cup
Sugar-3 tsp
Baking powder-1 tsp
Baking soda-1/2 tsp
Salt-1/8th tsp
Egg-1
Milk-3/4 to 1 cup
Butter2 tsp(1 to batter and 1 more to fry)

Method:

Dry Mix

Take a wide bowl and add the maida,baking powder,baking soda,salt sugar one by one.
 


 

 

Whisk it well and keep it aside.


Wet Mix:
-----------
Take a bowl and add the egg and milk.Whisk it well.



Now combine wet and dry mixes without any lumps.Mix it well.
 
 
Finally add the blueberries and 1 tsp butter  mix it gently and keep it aside.
 
 
Now place the pops skillet(In telugu we call it Guntaponganalu penam)and heat it.
Apply butter in each impression and pour the spoon full of batter .
 
 

Within a minutes one side of the pop gets cooked.
Now gently lift the other side with the spoon and make it cook the other side.
 
Now take out from the skillet and serve hot with the chocolate sauce,homey and maple syrup.

  5. The pops are popping with the fragrance of vanilla and bluberries. Great idea for a traditional recipe but revamped for a new twist. Thumbs up for your creativity.
