Simple Baked Fish

Hai friends today iam coming with yummy dish called "Grilled Fish".Its very healthy and easy to prepare.We really enjoy this recipe with the salad and soup.Today i came with one version soon i will come with different types.Ok lets go gto the recipe.



Ingredients:

Fish Fillets-2(I used tilapia)
Ginger garlic paste-1/2 tsp
Chilli powder-1/2 tsp
Paprika-1/8th tsp
Salt to taste
Pepper powder-1/8th tsp
Lemon juice-1/2 lemon
Olive oil-2 tsp
Onion-1
Basil leaves -few


Preparations:

Defrost the fillets and keep it aside.
In a bowl add gingergarlic paste,salt,chilli powder,paprika,pepper,lemon juice,oil and mix it well.
Now apply this paste to fish and marinate for 1 hour.


Method:

Preheat the oven to 375Degrees.
Take the pan and place the marinated  fish on top of it sprinkle the chopped onions and basil.
Cover it with foil and place them in the oven.
Bake it for 20 -30 minutes.
After 30 minutes take out from the oven.
Serve it hot with some salad.
