Hai friends how did u celebrate Diwali.I think u all guys enjoyed Diwali. We all celebrate well.Today i am coming with Tomato dosa. This is one of favourite tiffin in my house. Its simple and easy. For this we dont need the chutney or curry. This dosa will be little tangy, spicy and delicious. This we can eat directly.Ok lets go to the recipe.
Ingredients:
Tomatoes-6(1 lb)
Onion-1
green chillies-6(acc to ur taste
Rice-2 cup(rice cooker cup)
Ginger-small cube
Salt to taste
Jeera-1 tsp
Oil spray or 5 tsp
Water required to grind the tomatoes
Turmeric pinch
Method:
First soak the rice in water for 2 hours.
After 2 hours clean the rice and keep it aside.
In the mean time chop the tomatoes, onions, green chilli and the ginger.
Now take the blender add the rice ,tomatoes, chillies, onions , ginger, jeera, turmeric and salt.
Add little water and make smooth paste
The paste should be like dosa batter consistency.
Now place the tawa and heat it when it gets heat take ladle full batter pour on the tawa and spread the batter like the circular motion and spray the oil and the edges of the dosa. When it gets crisp at the edges now take dosa ..
Do all the batter like this.
