Ok lets go to the recipe.Today i am coming with the Tarugumamidi Avakaya. Its simple pickle to prepare and its very tasty. My Husband is big fan for this pickle .He love this pickle. When i prepare this pickle he really enjoys it mixing with plain rice or curd rice.Ok lets go to the recipe.

Ingredients:

Preparations:
First wash the mangoes well with water and wipe with the dry cloth.
After that peel the skin and keep it aside.
Now grate the two mangoes and keep it aside.

Method:

Take the grated mango in the clean and dry vessel.

Now add the oil to the mixture and mix it well.
Cover this with lid and keep it aside for 3 days.(Twice a day mix it well with dry spoon).
After 3 days we have to season the mango mixture.
