Masala Fish

Hai friends today i am coming with Masala fish.This i searched in google.I tried and it came out good.So i want to share with u guys.Ok lets go to the recipe.

Ingredients:

Fish pieces-4 to 5
Onion (big)-1
Ginger garlic paste-1 tsp
Tamarind-less than small lemon
Dry red chillies-5 to 6
Jeera-1 tsp
Coriander seeds-1 1/2 tsp
Salt to taste
Oil-2 tsp
Coconut powder-2 tsp
Turmeric-pinch
Lemon to clean the fish
Aluminium foil to bake the fish(U can use the banana leaf to wrap)

Method:

First clean the fish with lemon and salt.
Rub the fish with lemon and sprinkle little salt ,turmeric and leave it for 5 minute.
After 5 minutes clean and keep it aside.

Now chop the onions.
Place one pan add 1/2 tsp oil and heat it.

To this add the chopped onions and fry until it gets little tender.

Switch off the heat and make it cool.
In the mean time we have to arrange grinder to paste the onions.
Take the jar and add the jeera,coriander seeds,red chillies,tamarind,gingergarlic paste,coconut powder,salt and onions.

Blend this to make a paste.

Now take the aluminium cut it to separate sheets to wrap the fish.
Take one sheet place 1 tsp paste then on top of the paste keep the fish and now cover the wish with masala.


Now wrap the fish as i shown in the picture do to all fishes.


Now heat the oven to 400F and take the tray and place all the fishes that wraped.
Bake this for 20 to 30 minutes.


After 30 minutes switcth off the oven.Then after 5 minutes open the wrap and serve hot with rasam rice or steamed rice.
