Ok lets go to the recipe today iam coming with Dibba rotti. This we used to prepare with idly batter. This is very tasty. With the idly batter we can prepare many tiffins like
1.idly
2.Dibba rotti
3.Ootappam
4.punugulu
5.Upma

I already show how to prepare idly. Now i will show how to prepare Dibba rotti.

Ingredients:

Idly batter-2 cups
Chilli ginger paste-1 1/2 tsp(Acc to ur taste)
Oil-2 tsp
Urad dal-1/2 tsp
Mustard seeds-1/2 tsp
Jeera-1/2 tsp
Dry red chilli pieces-few
Curry leaves-few
Hing-pinch

Method:

First take 2 cups of batter in bowl.
Place the pan on stove and heat it.Now we have to prepare Tadka(In telugu we call as Taalimpu or Popu)Pour 1 tsp of oil add the urad dal. When it changes to lght brown add the mustard seeds. When it starts pop add the jeera, dry red chillies, curry leaves and hing.
Now add the Tadka and chilli ginger paste in the idly batter.

Mix the batter well
Now place the pan and pour remaing 1 tsp oil and spread all over the pan and pour the batter in it close with the lid and cook this is low heatSo it forms like cake..

Now turn the other side heat it for a minute.

The lower side will be crispy roast. The roast tastes good.
Now take from the pan and cut into four pieces and serve with the chutney.

This mainly tastes good with coconut chutney.
