Ingredients:
Method:First clean the fish with salt and turmeric.Keep it aside for 5 min then clean with water. For this recipe we have to prepare the paste.First cut the onions and tomatoes into chunks add this into the jar to this add turmeric,garli,jeera,red chillies,coriander seeds,jaggery,mustard seeds grind to fine paste.
Fish-5 fish pieces(2 lbs tilapia)
tomatoes-1(if the tomatoes are small add 2 otherwise 1)
onions big-1
dry red chillies-5 to 6
jeera-1 tsp
garlic cloves-3
mustard seeds-1 tsp
turmeric-1 tsp
coriander seeds-1 tsp
jaggery-1 tsp
salt to taste
tamarind pulp-1 cup
oil-2 tsp
curry leave-few
Now take the pan and pour oil when it si heat add the mustard seeds,jeera,dry red chillies and curry leaves fry it and then add onions .Fry the onions until it changes to brown colour.Now add the fish and fry for only 1 min.Now add the paste to it and fry 1 more minute.
fry for 2 minutes so the raw smell goes. Now take the tamarind pulp and pour in the pan until the fish covers.
After that add salt and curry leaves to this cover the lid and boil until the fish is cooked.
This should be cooked for 5 minutes .After 5 minutes u will get nice aroma.Its very tempting to eat.Now the fish is ready to eat.

Serve hot with rice.
