Ingredients:
Maida-2cups
suji-1/2 cup
suji-1/2 cup
ajwain(vaamu)-2 tsp
Peppercorns-2 tsp
jeera-2 tsp
salt- to taste
butter-2 tspl
lemon juice-1 tsp
oil-2 cups
Method:
For this recipe we have to prepare the powder :
First take the jar and add the peppercorns,jeera and Ajwain.Grind it to powder.Now mix this powder to the maida,suji,salt ,lemon juice and the oil .
By adding little warm water make the smooth dough and keep it aside for 1 hour.
Now make small balls from the dough and roll the balls like the chapathi and apply oil to it. Now roll the chapathi slowly with ur hand.
Now cut this roll like as shown in the picture
Now roll like small puris.
U can prepare differnet shapes like triangles,daimonds and the sampangi puvvulu also.
Now i am showing the sampangi puvvulu shape.
Triangle shape.
Cool it and store this in the airtight box and have it with tea.
