Egg Fry(very simple)

Hai friends today i am coming with the very simple recipe Egg Fry.Egg is much in proteins.Everyday we have to take one boiled egg but me not.I used to take weekly once not the plain boiled egg with curry.This recipe i got from one of my friend blog Vishali(Food Lovers).I really love this recipe.
Nutrition value of eggs:Eggs make a valuable contribution to a healthy, balanced diet. Eggs provide protein, vitamin A and other vitamins and minerals. The yolk contains all the fat, saturated fat, and cholesterol in an egg.
Eggs are an excellent source of high-quality protein and are far less expensive than most other animal-protein foods. Although eggs contain a significant amount of cholesterol, they need not be excluded from the diet. Most people need not be concerned about eating eggs in moderation.

Now lets go to the recipe.


Ingredients:

Eggs -4
Chilli powder-1/2 tsp
Salt-1/2 tsp
Ginger garlic paste-1/2 tsp
oil-1 tsp
Method:
First boil the eggs and remove the skin after it cools.
Now cut the egg into 4 pieces vertical ly.Now mix the ginger garlic paste ,chilli powder and salt and apply the paste to the eggs.
Now place the pan and heat it.Pour the oil when it gets heat place the eggs one by one.
After placing the eggs again pour 1 tsp of oil and fry it till it is nicely roasted.
Fry on both sides and serve hot with rice .Children love this eggs.My daughter love this fried eggs.
