Cashew nut-1 cup
Coconut-1/4 cup
Dry red chillies-6 or 7(Acc to ur taste)
Garlic-4 to 5 cloves(In India we can use whole garlic pod)
Coriander seeds(Dhania)-2 tsp
Jeera-1 tsp
Salt to taste
Hing-pinch
Oil-1 tsp
Curry leaves few
Method:First take one pan and heat it pour oil and then add the cashew nuts.Now take this on the another plate and make it cool.
Now in the same pan add the dhaniya,jeera,dry red chillies,curry leaves,garlic .
Fry this until the garlic turns to brown colour before taking from the heat add the coconut powder and otherwise coconut becomes very dark.Now make it cool and tranfer all the frying items to jar and also add the salt and grind it.
Now blend this like coarse powder and store this in the air tight box.
Wow this should taste great with rice as you said... simple but a very tasty powder...
