Ingredients:
Bread Slices-8
Besan -3 tsp
Sugar-1 tsp
Ice cream -1 cup
Oil -1 cup
Method:
First cut the edges of the slices and keep it the slices out so that it comes hard to prepare the bread crumbs.
Or u can bake it for 1 minute and then u can prepare crumbs.
Now take the blender and add the bread pieces and blend to prepare the bread crumbs.
Take the bread crumbs in a bowl add the 2 tsp of besan, sugar and 2 to 3 tsp of water and mix well.
Now heat the oil for deep frying. In the mean time we have to prepare the bondas.
Now take small amout of crumbs mixture and take small amount of icecream and cover the icecream by crumbs and make like balls. The balls should be very well covered.
The oil should be very hot. When the oil is very hot drop the balls in the oil and fry only for 30 to 40 seconds.
Take out from oil and serve it.
