Hai friends today i am coming with Tofu Paratha.I used to cook tofu curry.Every time i used to cook curry and tofu burghi i get bored on these curries.One day ShowMeTheCurry they post the Tofu Paratha.The next minute i tried and tasted we love.I want to share this recipe with u guys.
Silken Tofu – 1 packet
Green Chilies – to taste, finely chopped
Salt to taste
Cumin Powder – 1/2 tsp
Asofoetida (Hing) – pinch
Red Chili Powder – to taste
Cilantro/Coriander leaves – 1/4 cup, chopped
Mango Pickle Masala – to taste
Oil – 1 Tbsp
Chapati Flour – 1 1/2 cups (250g)
Oil – for frying
First take the pack and open the cover and drain the liquid from the pack and keep it aside.
Take the tofu in the bowl mash well with hands.
To this add in green chillies, red chili powder, asafoetida, cumin powder, salt, pickle masala, oil, cilantro.and mix well.
Now add the atta and make a nice soft dough.
Adda couple of drops of oil to the dough and keep it aside for 30 minutes.
Now heat the pan.
Now take lemon size of ball from dough and roll out the parathas.
Place the paratha on the hot tawa and allow it to cook till you see bubbles.
When the paratha is cooked well now apply little ghee.
Now the paratha is ready to serve.
Serve the paratha with raita,curry , pickle and onions.
