Hai friends i took a small break for vacation to this long weekend. and also last week i was fully busy with my daughter its her birthday ,Aksharabyasam and also ear piercing.So cant post any recipe.Everything done good.Here r the pics
Hai friends today i am coming with Mixed beans Curry.This is very healthy and tasty.I use Rajma beans,Pinto beans,and also Lima beans.I tried this curry and want to share with u.
Rajma beans-1/2 cup
Pinto beans-1/2 cup
Green Chillies-3(Acc to ur taste)
Ginger Garlic paste-1 tsp
Curry leaves few
Salt to taste
Chilli powder-1/2 tsp
Garm Masala-1 tsp
Mustard seeds-1/2 tsp
Dry red chilli pieces few
Turmeric -1/4 tsp
Ginger pieces few(Cut into length wise)
Coriander leaves few
Take all the beans in one bowl .Clean the beans well with water .
Again add water and soak this for over night or 5 hours.
After 5 hours it double in size.Take this beans in cooker add water salt to it.
Pressure cook this beans for 3 whistles.
After the pressure is gone open the cooker and keep it aside.
Now place the pan and add the oil and heat it.
When it gets heat add the mustard seeds when it starts pop add the jeera,dry red chiilies ,green chillies,chopped ginger and also the curry leaves fry it.
To this add the chopped onions and turmeric mix it well and cook this until it changes to light brown.
Now add the chopped tomatoes and cook for 2 minutes by covering the lid.
When the tomato is cooked well add the ginger garlic paste and fry until the raw smell goes.
To this add the chilli and garam masala powder and mix well.
Add the cooked beans along with the water .Cook this for 2 minutes.
Now add the salt and cook it again for 5 minutes.
Finally garnish with chopped coriander and serve hot with roti,biryani and rice.
