Cashew nut Powder

Hai friends today i am coming with the new recipe Cashew Nut Powder.This is very simple to prepare and we can store this for 1 to 2 months in air tight box.This i learnt from my mom.This i want to send to the Cashew event.Now lets go to the recipe.Ingredients:

Cashew nut-1 cup
Coconut-1/4 cup
Dry red chillies-6 or 7(Acc to ur taste)
Garlic-4 to 5 cloves(In India we can use whole garlic pod)
Coriander seeds(Dhania)-2 tsp
Jeera-1 tsp
Salt to taste
Hing-pinch
Oil-1 tsp
Curry leaves few
Method:First take one pan and heat it pour oil and then add the cashew nuts.
Fry untill it changes the colour to brown.
Now take this on the another plate and make it cool.
Now in the same pan add the dhaniya,jeera,dry red chillies,curry leaves,garlic .
Fry this until the garlic turns to brown colour before taking from the heat add the coconut powder and otherwise coconut becomes very dark.
Now make it cool and tranfer all the frying items to jar and also add the salt and grind it.
Now blend this like coarse powder and store this in the air tight box.
This goes nice with rice,dosa and idly.

Toy Box

Hai friends today i am coming with one of small craft made by me.Its very simple to make.I think u all guys will like it.In my car the back seat is fully filled with toys i cant even sit due to toys so i got idea to put some box so that we can put back all the toys in the box.Now my car is looking very clean.So i want to share with u.
What do we need
Daiper box-1
scissor-1
glue-1
pompoms few
tape and tape dispencer-1
Glitter stick few
Gift wraps 2Method:First take the daiper box and cut the covered edges as shown in the picture.
Now wrap all sides of the box with gift wrap.First measure all the sides and cut the gift wrap and apply glue and paste it.With the help of paper cutter we can easily fold and cut the paper.

Now we have to cover inside the box with the another paper.
Now we have to cover inside the box.Cover all sides and also down.
Now cover the down side.
Now we have to cover the attaches.It wont look good so cover with he pompom glitter sticks.
At the corners paste the pompoms if u like.
Like this u can use this.

Chepala Pulusu(Fish Pulusu)

Hai friends welcome to another week.Yesterday i was little busy in cooking.After many days we bought fish.Every sunday we thought to buy fresh fish but when sunday came we woke very late at 12 noon and became very lazy to cook and its very difficult to go out and bring and cook.But ydy we finally bought .Before we came to US we live in cyprus.Ther we did not get much fishes.Anyway we dont how to select the fish in cyprus.Before marriage i dont know how to clean and cook the fish.But i learn to cook the fish after i went to trip to India.Then i clearly observe how to cook the pulusu.I love this recipe what my mom cooks.She cooks this recipe very nicely.But when i try to cook it does not came that tastly but this time she told that to add some to this recipe now i try this it came out good so i want to share this recipe.This recipe is came from my great grand mother.I think u guys love this recipe.

Ingredients:
Fish-5 fish pieces(2 lbs tilapia)
tomatoes-1(if the tomatoes are small add 2 otherwise 1)
onions big-1
dry red chillies-5 to 6
jeera-1 tsp
garlic cloves-3
mustard seeds-1 tsp
turmeric-1 tsp
coriander seeds-1 tsp
jaggery-1 tsp
salt to taste
tamarind pulp-1 cup
oil-2 tsp
curry leave-few

Method:First clean the fish with salt and turmeric.Keep it aside for 5 min then clean with water. For this recipe we have to prepare the paste.First cut the onions and tomatoes into chunks add this into the jar to this add turmeric,garli,jeera,red chillies,coriander seeds,jaggery,mustard seeds grind to fine paste.
Now take the pan and pour oil when it si heat add the mustard seeds,jeera,dry red chillies and curry leaves fry it and then add onions .Fry the onions until it changes to brown colour.Now add the fish and fry for only 1 min.Now add the paste to it and fry 1 more minute.
fry for 2 minutes so the raw smell goes.
Now take the tamarind pulp and pour in the pan until the fish covers.
After that add salt and curry leaves to this cover the lid and boil until the fish is cooked.
This should be cooked for 5 minutes .After 5 minutes u will get nice aroma.Its very tempting to eat.Now the fish is ready to eat.
Serve hot with rice.

Garlic Bread

Hai friends now-a-days i cant post the recipes frequently bcos bit busy with some gatherings and also with m daughter.During afternoon i am taking rest for some time.I also did some crafts these days i will post them soon.Here the weather is also too hot but today its too windy.Anyway lets go to the recipe. Today i am coming with very simple and tasty recipe "Garlic Bread".All kind of people love it.Its Italian dish.We can use any bread we want.I use the white bread slices.
Ingredients:
Bread slices-5
Garlic cloves-2
unsalted butter-2 tsp
dried parsley-1 tsp
Method:First finely chop the garlic and mix with the butter.
To this mixture add one tsp dried parsley and mix it well.
Now take the bread slices and cut the edges.If we want in different shapes cut the bread like that.I use this shape.
Now apply the mixture to the bread slices and keep it aside.Now take the pan and heat it.Now place the bread slices and roast in medium heat.Now roast the bread slices on both sides and serve hot.Now the tasty tasty garlic bread ready.
Note:Dont add too much garlic it wont taste good.

Strawberry Smoothie

Hai friends today i am coming with Strawberry smoothie.Here in texas the weather too hot since 2 weeks.So daily i used to prepare milkshakes , smoothies and juices for alterdays.I love the milkshakes.Even my daughter likes the milkshakes.She love this milkshake.I mostly used to do strawberry milkshakes .I got this recipe one of my friends blog.Now lets go to the recipe

Ingredients:
Strawberries-1 cup
sugar-3 tsp
yogurt-1 /2 cup
whipping cream
crushed ice-1/2 cup
Method:
First cut the strawberries.Take the jar add the pieces of strawberries,yogurt and sugar and blend it.Now take this smoothie in the glass.Top this smoothie with whipping cream.
