Chana Bread Cutlet

Hai friends today i am coming with the Chana Bread cutlet.This i prepared last week but today i am posting the recipe.Last week i prepared Chole then some chana are left.I took some cooked chana for my daughter but she did not have it so i searched in the internet in some blogs i saw this chana cutlet.I got very few chana so i add some bread slices it came out good.Now i am sharing this recipe with u guys.


Ingredients:

Chana-1 cup
Bread slices-4 or 5
rice flour-3 tsp
salt to taste
onion(chopped)1/2 cup
coriander(chopped)-few
chilli ginger paste-1 tsp
turmeric-pinch
chilli powder-1/2 tsp
oil-2 tsp

Method:

First chop the onions , coriander and make the bread into pieces. Blend the chana by adding 1 or 2 tsp of water and make the paste.Not too much watery it should be like as i shown in the picture.
Now add all the ingredients in one bowl except the oil.
Mix this with little water to make nice dough.
Now place the pan and heat dont make it too hot.
When it is slightly heat add little oil.
Make small balls and press them like vadas.Now place some cutlets on the pan and add little oil and fry both sides.

Fry untill it changes to brown.Transfer this to serving plate.Serve hot with the tomato sauce.
