Ingredients:
To this add the ajwain and jeera make it paste.
Place on the heat.Make it boil
before switch off the heat then we have to add the oil.
Note:
Ginger-1 tsp
Ajwain-1/2 tsp
Jeera-1/2 tsp
Turmeric little pinch
Salt very little
Oil little pinch
First we have to clean the ginger and add in the jar to blend.
To this add the ajwain and jeera make it paste.
Now place one deep pan bowl and add the paste ,salt,turmeric and water.
Place on the heat.Make it boil
before switch off the heat then we have to add the oil.
Now drain the entire liquid.
Now its ready to drink.
Note:
This should be taken while it is little warm.After taking this until 30 minutes we should not have any food.
We can add the neem leaves to this.
