Ingredients:
Vadiyalu-1 cup
Garlic-6 to 7 pods
Dry red chilli pieces- 10(acc to ur taste)
Curry leaves -few
Oil-1 tsp
Mustard seeds-1/2 tsp
jeera-1 /2 tsp
Salt to taste
First place on deep bottomed pan and heat it.When it gets heat add the oil and heat it.
To this add the garlic and mustard seeds when it starts popping add the jeera,dry red chillies and curry leaves to it.
Cook until the vadiyaalu gets cooked wel
The vadiyaalu should be cooked well now off the heat and transfer the curry to the serving bowl.
This curry should be sevred with hot rice or it should be directly without anything.
