Vadiyala Curry(Uppu Neellu)

Hai friends today iam coming with different recipe Vadiyala curry.I dont know how many people know about this curry.For this curry we have to prepare the vadiyalu.Soon i will come with the detail preparation of vadiyalu.My mom used to prepare this vadiyalu in bulk and store this for year.When ever i dont have any vegetables soon i used to prepare this curry.Ok lets go to the recipe.


Vadiyalu-1 cup

Garlic-6 to 7 pods

Dry red chilli pieces- 10(acc to ur taste)

Curry leaves -few

Oil-1 tsp

Mustard seeds-1/2 tsp

jeera-1 /2 tsp

Salt to taste

Water-4 cups


First place on deep bottomed pan and heat it.When it gets heat add the oil and heat it.

To this add the garlic and mustard seeds when it starts popping add the jeera,dry red chillies and curry leaves to it.

Mix it well and the water to it.

Now add the salt and cover it until the water starts to boil.

When the water starts boiling and the vadiyaalu and mix well.

Cook until the vadiyaalu gets cooked wel

The vadiyaalu should be cooked well now off the heat and transfer the curry to the serving bowl.
This curry should be sevred with hot rice or it should be directly without anything.
