Ingredients:
Rice-1 cup
garli-12 pods or more
Dry Red chillies-4 or 5
Jeera-1 tsp
Onion(small)-1
mustard seeds-1/2 tsp
Salt to taste
Curry leaves few
Oil-1 tsp
Method:
First we have to grind both the dry red chillies and jeera.
Now place one pan and heat it.When it gets heat add oil make it heat.
When it gets add the garlic when it changes the colour add the mustard seeds,jeera,dry red chilli pieces and curry leaves.Mix it well
To this add the chopped onions and fry it until it changes light brown colour.
In the mean time we have to clean the rice and keep it aside.
Now we have to check the onions when it is done add the rice and and mix well.
Now transfer all the mixture to the rice cooker and add the required water.
Add the salt and grinded powder to the rice cooker and mix well.
After some time the rice is cooked .
Now serve this with raita.
Note:Dont add the grinded powder more because it is more spicy due to the garlic also.
