Ingredients:
Fry until the onions turns to light brown .
Potatoes-2
Onion(big)-1
Ginger Garlic paste-1 tsp
Salt to taste
Chilli Powder-1/2 tsp
Mustard seeds-1/2 tsp
Jeeta-1/2 tsp
Urad dal-1/2 tsp
Chana dal-1/2 tsp
Dry red chilli pieces-few
Turmeric little pinch
Curry Leaves few
Method:
First clean the potatoes andmake it boil.
Make it cool and peel the skin and cut into cubes and keep it aside.

Now place the frying pan and heat it.When it gets heat add the urad dal ,chana dal and fry it.
Fry this until it changes to light brown now add the mustard seeds and fry it.
When it starts poping add the jeera,dry red chilli pieces,curry leaves mix well
Add the chopped onions and turmeric to it.
Fry until the onions turns to light brown .
To this add ginger galic paste and fry until the raw smell goes.
Add the salt and chilli powder to the mixture and mix well.
Now add the boiled potatoes and mix well.
Finally add the chopped coriander transfer to serving bowl.
Serve hot with rasam rice.
I love it with roti.........
