Ingredients:
Mango-2 cups
Chilli powder 1/2 tsp
Salt to taste
Mustard seeds-1 /2 tsp
Jeera-1/2 tsp
Dry red chilli pieces-few
Turmeric - little pinch
Curry leaves few
Hing little pinch
Oil-1 tsp
Method:
First take 2 mangoes and clean it well.
Peel the skin of the mango and grate it and keep it aside.
Place one pan on the heat and add oil to it.
When it gets heat mustard seeds when it starts to splutter add the jeera,red chillies,curry leaves and hing fry this.
Now add the grated mango and turmeric mix it well cover with lid.
Cook this in low heat until the mango tenders.
Add the salt and chilli powder to the mango and mix well.
Cook this for another 1 minute.
Take this in the serving bowl and serve with hot steamed rice.
