Ingredients:
Dry Amla -1/4 cup(Dont use too much it gives little bitter)
Green chillies-5 to 6(Acc to ur taste)
Yogurt or Curd-4 tsp
Sesame seeds-3 tsp
Oil -1 tsp
Mustard seeds-1/2 tsp
Jeera-1/2 tsp
Dry red chilli pieces-few
Curry leaves few
Salt to taste
Method:
First we have clean and soak the amls in water for 1 hour.
After 1 hour it doubles the size.We have to clean the amla and remove if it has seeds.
WE have to throw the seeds and used the amla and water to the chutney.
Now take the blender and add amla,yogurt,chillies ,sesame seeds and salt and blend to paste.
Take the grinded paste in the serving bowl and keep it aside.
Now add seasoning to it.
Place small and pour oil to it and heat it.
When it gets heat add the mustard seeds and fry it.
When the mustard seeds asarts to pop add the jeera ,dry red chilli pieces,and curry leaves.
Fry it and add to the chutney and mix well.
Serve this with the steamed rice.(Ooooooooooooooops miss the final pic)
This goes nice only with rice.
vinee really healthy one yarr.. sometimes i prepare the chutney with raw amla..but dry amla chutney looks so delicious.thanks for sharing yarr
