Ingredients:
Jeera-1cup(that equal to 1/2 rice cup)
Garlic-6 pods
Dry red chillies-4(acc to ur taste)
Dry mango pieces-8
Salt to taste
Curry leaves few
Mustard seeds-1/2 tsp
Jeera-1/2 tsp
Dry red chilli pieces few
Oil-2 tsp
Method:
First we have to boil dry mango pieces in water.Take one bowl and the both water and mango pieces and make it boil for 5 minutes.
In the mean time we have to prepare the paste .
To this we need jeera, chilli and garlic.
Blend all the 3 and it will beacome powder now we have add the water and blend it again to fine paste.
Now keep aside to both paste and dry mango pieces and wter.
Place deep bottemed pan and add the oil. When the oil gets heat add the garlic and fry it.When it changes to light brown add the mustard seeds. When it starts poping add the jeera, dry red chilli pieces, curry leaves and fry it.
Now add the grindeed paste and fry it until the raw smell goes.
Add the dry mango pieces along with the boiling water.
Add the salt and mix well.Cover it with lid boil it for 2 minutes.
After 2 minutes the gravy gets liitle thick. Now off the heat and traansfer to serving bowl.
Serve hot with the Steam rice and oil.
Note:
Dont add the water when we blend the dry ingredients. After it grinded to powdr we have to add the water.
Dont add more chillies because of the garlic and jeera we have add less chilli.
Mix both the gravy and oil to the rice.It gives nice taste.
