Ingredients:
Instant Jinnu packet -1
Milk-1/2 ltr(this packet needs only 1/2 ltr milk)
Sugar-100 gms(If u use jaggery we have to take 150 gms)
Elachi pods-3 to 4
Pepper powder-1/4 th tsp
Method:
First in a jar take the sugar , elachi and pepper powder blend to a fine powder.
Take deep bottomed bowl pour the 1/2 ltr milk.
To this add the blended sugar powder and also the whole jinnu packet powder without any lumps.
Mix it well.
Now we have to steam the milk for 15 minutes.
Now we have to place the mixture bowl in the steam cooker and steam this for 15 minutes without whistle.
Now make it cool and place in the fridge for 1 hour.
After 1 hour we have take out and cut this like squares and serve this chilled only.
this sounds delicious.i don't know whether i can find the instant pack here.anyway delicious pudding.
