Ingredients:
Eggs-3
Onion-1
Green chilli-1 or 2
Salt to taste
Chilli powder-1/4 tsp(acc to taste)
Coriander cumin powder-1/2 tspTurmeric little pinch
Tomato(small)-1
Oil-2 tsp
Curry leaves few
Coriander leaves few
Method:
First we have to prepare the omletes.Place one pan and heat it.
When it gets heat break the egg and pour on the pan and fry it.
Spray oil and fry it on both sides.Do all the eggs and keep it aside.
Now place the pan and add the remaining oil and heat it.
When it gets heat add the chopped chillies ,onions and turmeric to it.
Fry until it turns to light brown.
At this time add the tomato pieces and fry until the tomatoes are done.
Now add the ginger garlic paste,cumincoriander powder,chilli powder,salt and fry for few seconds.
Add very little water and cook this for 1 minute.
When every thing is done add the omletes and mix it well that means the omlete should be coated well.
Finally add the chopped coriander and serve hot with rice or biryani.
