Ginnu Paanakam

Hai friends how r u guys.Since one week i miss all the posts.My laptop got crashed it takes one week.Any way now i am back.Today i am coming with Ginnu Paanakam.This we used to prepare mostly on festivals and also on fasting days.On fasting day we used to drink and eat this paanakam.Its very tasty and healthy.Today i want to share with u guys.


Milk-1 ltr
Curd-3 to 4 tsp
Sugar-5 to 6 tsp(Acc to ur taste)
Grates coconut-2 to 3 tsp


First take the milk in deep bottomed pan and heat it.
Heat until the milk boils completely.
When the milk is completely boiled then it raises at that time we have to add the curd to make the milk curdle.
with in one minute the milk starst to curdle.Its almost paneer only.
When the milk is completely curdle now off the heat and keep it aside to cool.
When it gets cool and both the sugar and grated coconut.
Milk it well and serve this in cool .

Note:This is almost paneer only.If we want paneer we have to drain the water.
for the paanakam we should drain the water we have to take along with the water.
