Milk-1 ltr
Curd-3 to 4 tsp
Sugar-5 to 6 tsp(Acc to ur taste)
Grates coconut-2 to 3 tsp
Method:
First take the milk in deep bottomed pan and heat it.
Heat until the milk boils completely.
When the milk is completely boiled then it raises at that time we have to add the curd to make the milk curdle.
with in one minute the milk starst to curdle.Its almost paneer only.
When the milk is completely curdle now off the heat and keep it aside to cool.
When it gets cool and both the sugar and grated coconut.
Milk it well and serve this in cool .
for the paanakam we should drain the water we have to take along with the water.
