Gobi Peas curry

Hai bloggers today i am coming with the gobipeas curry.You can use peas and gobi with any other curry.My husband and daughter loves this curry.Those who suffers from gas problems dont take too much.Its very simple it will be done in 15 minutes.


Gobi-2 cups
Peas-1 cup
green chillies-5
mustard seeds-1/2 tsp
urad dal-1/2 tsp
chana dal-1/2 tsp
jeera-1/2 tsp
red chillies- few
salt-acc to ur taste
chilli powder-1/2 tsp
oil-1 to 2 tsp
curry leaves- few
coriander chopped -2 tsp

Method:Place the pan on heat and pour the oil when it gets heat add the urad and chana dal.When it changes light brown add the mustard seeds,jeera,dry red chillies and curry leaves to it.Fry for 1 minute.
Now add the onions and turmeric untill the onions turn sto light brown. When the onion turns to light brown add the green peas and fry for 2 minutes. to this add the Gobi and salt fry for 1 minute.Add 1 tsp of water to it.(dont add more water it gets mashed) Now close the lid to pan and fry until the Gobi cooks.Now add chilli powder to it fry again for 2 minute.Finally add chopped coriander to it and turn off the heat.

This goes nice with both rice and roti.

Note:When we start cutting the gobi take bowl of water and turmeric to it.Place all the gobi pieces in it with in 5 minutes all the germs were killed.
