Ingredients:
Gobi-2 cups
Peas-1 cup
onions-2
green chillies-5
mustard seeds-1/2 tsp
urad dal-1/2 tsp
chana dal-1/2 tsp
jeera-1/2 tsp
red chillies- few
turmeric-pinch
salt-acc to ur taste
chilli powder-1/2 tsp
oil-1 to 2 tsp
curry leaves- few
coriander chopped -2 tsp
Method:Place the pan on heat and pour the oil when it gets heat add the urad and chana dal.When it changes light brown add the mustard seeds,jeera,dry red chillies and curry leaves to it.Fry for 1 minute.
This goes nice with both rice and roti.
Note:When we start cutting the gobi take bowl of water and turmeric to it.Place all the gobi pieces in it with in 5 minutes all the germs were killed.
