Ingredients:
Capsicum - 2 medium
Onions - 2 medium
Peanuts - 1/4 cup
Green chillies-3 to 4
Salt - as required
Turmeric - a pinch
Chilli powder - 1 1/2 tsp (adjust according to your taste)

mustard seeds-1/2 tsp
jeera-1/2 tsp
urad dal-1/2 tsp
dry red chillies-3 to 4 pieces
curry leaves-few
Oil - 2 tsp

Method:
First dry roast the peanuts until it changes the brown colour.
Take the pan from heat and cool and grind the peanuts.

Now cut the onions and the capsicum into chunks.Take the pan pour some oil when it is heat add the urad dal,mustard seeds,jeera,dry chilli pieces,curry leaves and green chillies.
Add the onions and fry untill onion changes to transparent.
now add the capsicum chunks and add the turmeric,salt and chilli powder
When it is cooked finally add the ground nut powderbefore take them from heat.
Now take this to the serving bowl and enjoy it.
