Tomato Carrot soup

Hai today i am coming with the soup.This is good for health because we dont add more oil and spices.In this the main ingredients are cooked vegetables and vegetable stock.Now lets go to the recipe.

Ingredients:

tomato-1
carrots-2
small onion-1
garlic flakes-
olive oil-1 tsp
salt to taste
pepper to taste(dont add too much)
water

Method:
First peel the carrot and cut the carrot,tomato,onion and garlic flakes to chunks.
put all the vegetables in to pressure cooker and all some water,salt to it.

Pressure cook this for 3 whistle.make it cool and pour this mixture in the bowl by using the colander so that the water remains in the bowl and the vegtables in the jar.
grind it.


Place the deep sauce pan pour the oil and add the finely chopped garlic to it when it cooks add the grinded mixture ,pepper to it.






Make it boil add water if it more thick.After boiling turn off the heat take this soup in the bowl.
Serve hot.
